Service 06 — Value-Added Services

Floor-ready before it ships

Customised services that prepare, inspect, and manage products before they reach their destination — streamlining operations and reducing the work your team has to do downstream.

Overview

Work done
at the dock

The finishing steps between storage and shipment — handled on our floor, so goods leave ready to sell.

Value-added services are the tasks that turn stored product into shipment-ready goods: assembling kits, applying labels, building displays, inspecting quality, and processing returns. Because we do them on the same floor where your inventory already lives, there's no separate building, no extra freight leg, and no second handling charge.

That proximity is the point. Product can be received, held, prepared to a customer's exact specification, and shipped without leaving the facility — which shrinks lead times, reduces labour on your side, and removes the hand-offs where compliance and quality usually slip.

Every VAS program is built around your requirements and your customers' rules, from retailer labelling standards to e-commerce packaging and reverse-logistics workflows.

How we handle it

Prep without
the extra leg

How value-added work slots into the flow between storage and shipment.

  1. 01

    Define the spec

We map your requirements and your customers' rules into a repeatable work instruction for the floor.

  2. 02

    Pull from stock

Product is drawn from its tracked location in the WMS — no separate receiving or freight movement needed.

  3. 03

    Prepare & inspect

Kitting, labelling, packing, or rework is carried out and checked against the spec and QC standard.

  4. 04

    Ship or restock

Finished goods go straight to dispatch, or back into inventory ready for the next order.

Why it matters

What you
get from it

Value-added work moves cost and complexity off your plate and onto our floor.

Less work downstream

Goods arrive prepared, labelled, and compliant, so your team and your customers do less.

No extra freight leg

Prep happens where inventory already sits — no shuttling product to a separate site.

Shorter lead times

Receiving, prep, and shipping in one place compresses the time from order to dispatch.

Consistent quality

Defined QC and work instructions keep every unit to the same standard, order after order.
